Dans ce spin-off nous suivons le pilier Tomioka Giyuu dans une mission dans le nord du pays. Alors qu’il vient tout juste d’épargner Nezuko malgré ses obligations, il en vient à se questionner sur son rôle et celui de ses collègues mais aussi sur son comportement passé et présent.
